What is the difference between 1:1 coaching and structured programs?

1:1 coaching includes personalized support, check-ins, and adjustments as you go, while a structured program is a one-time purchase with a set plan you follow on your own. Coaching is a great option for you if you want accountability and feedback. Programs are perfect if you prefer independence but still want guidance for your workouts!

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone is different, but most clients can expect to notice changes in strength, energy, and confidence within a few weeks. Visible body composition changes typically take 8–12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition.

 

Do I need to belong to a gym or can I train at home?

Both programs require a gym membership to ensure access to the full range of machines and equipment for optimal results. The workouts are designed to utilize a variety of strength and resistance tools that help you build muscle, improve form, and progress week by week. However, you can adapt the programs to do at home by swapping in alternative movements and a dumbbell-only home workout program is coming soon!
