I’m 24 years old and am studying to get my doctorate degree in Audiology. I have been passionate about fitness for years, trying every style of training and nutrition approach I could find. After plenty of trial and error, I finally discovered what truly works. Not just to look my best, but to feel my best every day.

How it started vs.

today     

For a long time, I bounced between every diet, workout trend, and “quick fix” out there, always chasing results that never seemed to last. I know what it’s like to feel stuck and frustrated, putting in the effort but not seeing the progress you want. Over time, I learned that real change doesn’t come from restriction or extremes, but from balance, consistency, and finding a routine that fits your lifestyle.

Now, I’ve found that perfect balance between strength training, mindful nutrition, and enjoying life, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. My goal is to help you build confidence, strength, and sustainable habits that last far beyond any program.
